Transtentorial herniation occurs when increased cranial pressure displaces brain tissue toward the tentorial notch. Transtentorial herniation from hemorrhage, as in our case, can be another cause. Kwon and Jang reported a 50-year-old man who developed ONP after right thalamic intracerebral hemorrhage, but in this case, the midbrain's effect was due to perilesional edema. Regarding indirect causes other than brainstem stroke or aneurysm, several case reports with ONP after various types of hemorrhage are presented in Table 1. Considering the anatomical pathway of the oculomotor nerve, stroke involving the midbrain or brainstem and direct compression from an aneurysm, with or without rupture, are considered medical emergencies. Numerous etiologies are known to be related to ONP, and oculomotor nerve can be affected both directly and indirectly. Plorts produced when the inventory is full will not teleport however, and are subject to despawning like other plorts. ![]() They also cannot be lost unless thrown into The Slime Sea, as any produced by Quicksilver Slimes during the activity or discarded is automatically transported back to the Augmented Vacpack. Their plorts also cannot be stored in the regular vacpack they can only be stored in the Augmented Vacpack which is automatically equipped at Mochi's Manor. Quicksilver Slimes cannot be stored in the vacpack, and cannot be kept in a Corral instead their plorts are earned through the Nimble Valley activity. It was introduced in the Mochi's Megabucks Update Quicksilver Slimes are a species of slime that inhabit the Nimble Valley. When time runs out, any remaining quicksilver slimes flee from the player in all directions and despawn.Can be directly applied with a slowing effect, and a static charge effect to "feed" nearby Quicksilver Slimes from certain projectiles found in Nimble Valley.Plorts can only be carried in the Augmented Vacpack, and are automatically teleported to the Augmented Vacpack's inventory.Becomes overcharged when fed electricity this makes it temporarily harmful on contact.Zooms around the area in a racetrack fashion.Spawns in groups once the generator has been activated. ![]() |
